Area 81 Racing Signs CITSCORP as Sponsor

Area 81 Racing Team signs Associate Sponsor CITSCORP and Partnership Sponsor BriKy Inc.

1/28/12 – The Area 81 Racing Team based in Wilmington, NC ( www.Area81Racing.com ) has secured sponsorship from two companies who will be helping the SCCA 1000 road racing team compete in the F1000 Championship (www.F1000Champ.com) and SE Div. SCCA National & SCCA Regional events throughout the 2012.

CITSCORP ( www.CITSCORP.com ) is an Industrial Automation Distributor, providing Inventory Management, Technical and Integration services. Their goal is to earn our customers’ business and confidence everyday by providing services of the highest standard. Headquartered in Wilmington, NC, CITSCORP’S base of operation is in the Southeastern USA but have a growing customer base that spans the Continental USA.

(www.elecmechinc.com ) also engineers motors from other global suppliers to solve custom needs of customers in a variety of applications ranging from spinning wing hunting decoys, medical pumps, Industrial applications & Racing Cooling blowers. BriKy Inc.’s focus is on integrating ElecMech Inc.’s motor technology into finished product.

Frank Slightom – President of BriKy Inc. “I’ve signed with Area 81 Racing to provide support to local racing efforts in the new F1000 series after being approached by Richard & Tim to develop a Personal Cooling Blower (PCB) for Open Cockpit racing applications”. The new portable PCB Blower can also be used in other Racing Series, Helicopters & Police Tactical Vehicles where cooling of personnel translates into less heat related stress & better performance.

Team Principal & Driver Car # 81 – Richard Franklin – Innovative companies market in innovative ways. The facts are : CITSCORP and BriKy customers are technically focused and professional. Their core customer is the same type of person who would be drawn to SCCA Road Racing & our high-tech 150mph, 12,000 rpm, open wheel F1000 Racing cars. Area 81 plans to assist both CITSCORP and BriKy in new markets and help them to be part of SCCA racing. With a degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial plant experience, I am excited to represent CITSCORP. The racing community is high tech oriented, which makes CITSCORP and Area 81 Racing a great match. BriKy already offers products to the NASCAR & GrandAm community for brake cooling systems.
